About “The Customer”
Christian Action was established in 1985 as a Hong Kong-registered charitable organization to serve the disadvantaged, marginalized, displaced and abandoned. Christian Action has hundreds of staff working on their services and programmes both in Hong Kong and China. The increasing staff count has become a challenge for the IT department, who has had to manage hundreds of users accounts. By using SUPERHUB’s Marketplace, Christian Action is able to handle the number of users easily with a flexible billing cycle.
Like some organizations in Hong Kong, Christian Action adopted their cloud services through a telco. From the very beginning, they found it hard to get support and advice.
