Open Mail Vault login page at{your companyid}. Please note that your Mail Vault “companyid” is provided to you when your Mail Vault account is created. If you don’t know your Mail Vault “companyid”, please contact our Support Team at

Log in using your auditor account and do a search.

The search result will be displayed in a list. To restore a message or messages, click the Restore icon on the right side of the menu bar.

A pop-up window will appear to ask for credential of which destination folder to restore to and which items to restore back to the mailbox
