The Microsoft Partner Gold Competency is exclusive, distinguishing the top 1% of Microsoft partners worldwide.
To earn a Microsoft Gold level competency, a partner must have enough number of staffs who are Microsoft Certified Professional with certifications in related areas of the competency. The partner must also show all around capability that it can deliver related solutions and projects through submission of customer references, revenue performance commitments and pass the technology and sales assessments.
