Microsoft Teams - Create a New Team Project
To get your team up and running in Microsoft Teams, create a team, add people, and add channels.
Create a team
1. Select Teams > Join or create a team. This is where you create your own team, or discover existing ones.
2. Select Create a new team, and then select Build a team from scratch or select Create from… to build an all-new team or create from an existing group respectively.
3. Select privacy settings of your team
Private | People need to request permission to join |
Public | Anyone in your organization can join |
Org-Wide | Anyone in your organization is automatically added to the team |
4. Give the team a name and add a short description if you’d like.
5. Select Create.
6. Add members. You can add people, groups, or even entire contact groups.
*If you need to add people from outside your organization, use their email address to invite them as guests. Add a friendly display name for them too.7. When you’re done adding members, select Add and then Close.
Note: If you’re a global administrator, consider creating an org-wide team that automatically adds everyone in your organization.

4.您組織中的任何人都會自動添加到團隊中。
5.選擇 [建立]。
6.新增成員。
您可以新增人員、群組,甚至整個聯絡人群組。
如果您必須新增組織外部的人員,請使用他們的電子郵件地址邀請他們以來賓身分加入。 同時也為他們新增一個易於辨別的顯示名稱。
7.完成添加成員後,選擇“添加”,然後選擇“關閉”。
*注意:如果您是全局管理員,請考慮創建一個組織範圍內的團隊,自動添加組織中的每個人。
