Learn How to #worksmarter using Tags in OneNote Now!

Tags are a way to categorize and prioritize notes in OneNote. With tags, you can quickly return to important items, remind yourself about action items, or filter on notes you’d like to share with others. You can tag anything from a single line of text to an entire paragraph.

Add a Tag

After launching OneNote for Windows, do the following:

1. Find this to-do button on your top navigation bar and expand for more tag options

2.After expanding, select tags accordingly

3.You may add more than 1 tag to your items

After you have completed a task on your to-do list, you may click the box to complete the item

4.To search tags, go to the magnifier on your left navigation bar and begin searching

5.When you click on search result, OneNote will navigate you to the tag location
