Introduction
Tailor-made cloud experience for local SMBs
Hong Kong’s first “Cloud Experience Center – Supported by Microsoft” (“the CEC”) is located in Kwun Tong, the CEC is strategically positioned in the heart of Kowloon business and commercial district. The CEC aims to enhance cloud knowledge and experience of SMBs and enable them to effectively improve productivity through cloud adoption.
The CEC can accommodate more than 30 people with a Microsoft Surface Hub that is a first-of-its-kind collaboration device designed to unlock the power of the group with the best digital tools. With Windows 10, Surface Hub provides a platform to build amazing large-screen apps for group productivity, such as the already-built in custom Office, Skype for Business and Power BI apps. It features advanced technology for the modern workplace and the flexibility to turn any room into a collaborative space.
Types of Offerings and Services
Microsoft is partnering with Superhub to provide comprehensive cloud experience workshops for all SMBs in Hong Kong. To cope with different business needs and audiences, the CEC will offer various kinds of styles and topics around:
Superhub “+” training
A valued-added service offered not only to IT admin but end-users, the “+” training at CEC aim to free up IT workload on educating colleagues and focus on core business development. Superhub “+” training is offered by reservation.
Superhub-partner joint event
Superhub joint with industry leaders and offer seminars to that require assistance on cloud services. The Superhub-partner joint event will be hosted regularly at the CEC. For details, please refer to our event calendar.
Superhub-Microsoft joint seminar
The CEC is the extension of Microsoft office at the Kowloon East for hosting seminars with associations. Please refer to Microsoft Hong Kong event for more details.
1-on-1 consultation
The 1-on-1 consultation is dedicated for the SMB’s administrators and executives who needs specific assistance for Cloud services, from elementary to advanced level. It will be opened on a monthly basis.
Demo tour
