    Credit Card

    To apply for the credit card (VISA / MasterCard) payment service, please fill in the Credit Card Payment Authorization form and mail / fax back to us with a photocopy of your credit card.




    An Autopay form will send to you after you open the account. Please fill in the autopay form and return to us. Your monthly payment will then be charged automatically to your bank account. Since it takes 4-8 weeks for the bank to start the autopay service, you will need to prepaid the first three months monthly fee by cash, cheque or credit card.



    Cheque (For Commercial Customer Only):

    Crossed cheque should be made payable to "Superhub Ltd."

    Please write your username / invoice number on the back of the cheque.
