    Superhub Update

    Temporary Degraded Hotline & Enquiry Services

    We have been experiencing power outage at our office building since yesterday 3:12pm and it has been gradually recovering. This affects some of our services including:

    - Degraded hotline services, which will be continued in our backup centre with limited accessibility

    - Temporary suspension of billing enquires

    Other services will remain unaffected.

    Should our Customer Service and Support Hotline be busy, please call us at our backup hotline number: 52756975 / 54784919. For less urgent enquires, you are encouraged to email us via cs@superhub.com.hk.

    We expect the affected services will be resumed by tomorrow, we shall update you if any unexpected changes arise. Sorry for inconvenience caused, and thank you again for your understanding.

    Superhub Accredited as Hong Kong Government Public Cloud Services Provider


    To deploy cloud computing in delivering e-services and extend to adopt public cloud services among government bureau/departments (B/Ds), Hong Kong’s Office of the Government Chief Information Officer (OGCIO) has invited local cloud service providers in the late of February 2012 to submit relevant information for the provision of Public Cloud services, so as to filter a list of qualified services providers and enable B/Ds to procure quality services more efficiently.

    OGCIO reviewed the qualification of over 300 local Public Cloud services providers in terms of products and services with particular four requirements: general (support deployed), security, manpower and technical. Through a very careful evaluation, Superhub with its super Cloud solutions: Exchange email plan, SharePoint, CRM, Lync and Cloud Backup, and its prominent support and customization services, has been accredited as one of the qualified Government Public Cloud Services Providers.
