    Business Manager, Corporate Account


    Role and Responsibilities:

    This is a sales role. This role will report directly to the Head of Corporate and Partner Business and responsible for business development and customer relationship management. The holder should be able to understand customer IT outsourcing requirements, and offer cloud services & IT/ISP solutions benefiting customer’s efficiency and profitability. Key responsibilities include:

      Actively pursue sales opportunities by building up new customers and managing good relationships with existing customers

      Maintain up-to-date CRM and pipeline records for reporting and forecasting

      Work with IT consultants to design cloud services and solutions to meet customer specific needs

      Assist and active support marketing activities such as seminar, event, roadshow, training and webinar

      Team play with operation and service team to look after existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeated purchases

     

    We are looking for:

      Diploma or above in any discipline

      1-2 years working experience in IT, ISP or Telecom sales is an added advantage

      Outgoing personality, aggressive, hardworking, strong discipline, good planner and eager to success in sales career

      Good communication and presentation skills

      Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese

      Immediate Available is highly preferred

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    This role will report directly to the Operation Director and responsible for customer service. Key responsibilities include:

      Provide first level customer service, hotline and billing support to customers

      Handle daily operations and conduct health check to assure system quality and performance

      Log and update status information into the CSS ticketing system

      Provisioning of new customer orders

      Perform other related duties as required

     

    We are looking for:

      Diploma or above in any discipline

      Min. 1 year relevant experience in customer service is highly preferred

      Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

      Good attitude, hardworking and willing to learn
