This package is ideal for office professionals, technical specialists, and administrative personnel looking for PBX equivalent features and functions but with the savings and flexibility inherent in IP.

    Unified - Includes all of the functionality provided in the Premium package, while adding features such as instant messaging, presence, click-to-call, simultaneous and sequential ringing, personal agent functionality, video calling capabilities and Exchange Anywhere Access e-mail.  Unified package targets senior executives, personal assistants, administrative assistants, and high communications demanding employees.

    Operator - Includes all of the functionality provided in the Premium Business Voice package, this package is ideal for high-volume administrative positions, such as switchboards and receptionists, with support of 24 additional keys per module. This package allows all calls to be handled centrally and transferred to the right person.  Call filtering and record a greeting for incoming calls is also available.
