  Bandwidth

  Bandwidth is the maximum Internet traffic in bps allowed to pass through. For each type of Internet Routes, the customer can subscribe its own bandwidth.

  For Ethernet Access Ports

  Last Mile

  Referring to various type of Access Port, there is corresponding last mile installed at the customer site connecting the Client End to the Access Port at local POP.

  Online Network Report

  It is a network reporting tool to show the utilization and performance of the network.
  
  With the network statistics, the customer can manage and plan for network upgrade easily.
   

  MRTG report: monitor the bandwidth utilization per port with 5 min interval and represent the performance in different time frame

  

   Latency report: monitor the POP-to-POP roundtrip delay with 5 min interval and represent the performance in different time frame

  

   Packet Loss report: monitor the packet delivery performance from POP-to-POP with 5 min interval and represent the performance in different time frame

  

  Jitter report: monitor the variation in latency between POPs with 5 min interval and represent the performance in different time frame
