Credit Card:
To apply for the Credit card (VISA / MasterCard) payment service, please fill in the Credit Card Payment Authorization form and mail / fax back to us with a photocopy of your credit card.
AutoPay:
An Autopay form will send to you after you open the account. Please fill in the autopay form and return to us. Your monthly payment will then be charged automatically to your bank account. Since it takes 4-8 weeks for the bank to start the autopay service, you will need to prepaid the first three months monthly fee by cash, cheque or credit card.
PPS:

Cheque (For Commercial Customer Only):
Crossed cheque should be made payable to "Superhub Ltd." Please write your username / invoice number on the back of the cheque.

Please deposit the amount into our: HSBC account 191-346477-001 or Hang Seng Bank account 294-230875-001 and fax or mail a copy of the deposit receipt to us. Please remember to write your username / invoice number on the receipt. Our fax number is 23531105. *Special note: Additional HK$30 / transaction will be charged if using bank counter service for direct deposit.
